Within its first month of launch, Mr. Ferdinand closed over $475,000 in sales as, to date, he has transacted $70,000,000+ in sales.  A year after launch the firm transacted over $5,000,000 in sales, including out of state referral business, with a marketing paradigm that encompasses a platform of over 65 real estate websites, some in other countries, including China.
