Kensington Hewes Real Estate, LLC was launched on May 31, 2012 with a logical, sensible, organized and results oriented approach to the business of real estate sales while holding on to the belief that real estate has become more intuitive with the technology than mere brick and mortar sales. Within its first month of launch, the company closed over $475,000 in sales. A year after launch the firm transacted over $5,000,000 in sales, including out of state referral business, with a marketing paradigm that encompasses a platform of over 65 real estate websites, some in other countries, including China. As of November 1, 2016, a mere four years later, Kensington Hewes has closed just over 57 transactions, making that an average of 1 closing per month, every month, for 4 years straight. Truly a New York licensed broker, we will work with any seller or buyer in any borough, in Westchester County and on Long Island with an extensive, global referral network of real estate brokers. Beginning in 2017 Kensington Hewes Real Estate will launch its property development division, moving into the role of a developer of affordable and eco-sustainable residences.
