Within its first month of launch, Mr. Ferdinand closed over $475,000 in sales as, to date, he has transacted $70,000,000+ in sales. A year after launch the firm transacted over $5,000,000 in sales, including out of state referral business with a marketing paradigm that encompasses a platform of over 65 real estate websites, some in other countries, including China.
As of November 1, 2016, a mere four years later, Kensington Hewes Real Estate has closed just over 57 transactions, making that an average of 1 closing per month, every month, for 4 years straight, for a total of over $70,000,000 in sales. Once a New York State licensed broker, we are now a developer of affordable and eco-sustainable residences, with current projects in three U.S. states and two countries.
